WINS PISTOL SHOOT
WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 (AP) - Lt. Col. Walter R. Walsh of the Marines, stationed at Parris Island, S.C., today captured three-day 9th annual U.S. Park Police pistol shoot.
He had a total of 2,595 points. William McMillan of Parris Island was second with 2,590.
The competitors shot with .45 caliber pistols on Friday, .38 caliber on Saturday and .22 caliber today.
