WATCHING THE MASTER — Dartmouth College Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps students observe Lieutenant Colonel William W. McMillan, Jr. commanding officer of Weapons Training Battalion, fire a .22-caliber pistol on a range there. The famous Marine pistol expert demonstrated his shooting for the students, who visited Quantico April 16-18. The students, some of whom plan to become Marine officers, observed much of officer education during their tour here.
